At ForeverBook, every story is created uniquely for you and your loved ones. Because each book is personalized and custom-made, our refund policy is slightly different from traditional retail products.

We always want our customers to have a magical experience, and if something genuinely goes wrong, our team will do our best to make it right.

Personalized Products

All ForeverBook products are custom-made and personalized specifically for each order. Because of this:

  • personalized books are generally non-refundable
  • personalized digital downloads are non-refundable once delivered
  • custom books cannot be restocked or resold

This includes:

  • names
  • character details
  • dedications
  • appearance selections
  • uploaded personalization
  • custom story content
  • custom illustrations

Customer Review & Approval

ForeverBook provides customers with the opportunity to review and approve their personalized books before purchase.

Customers are responsible for reviewing:

  • spelling
  • names
  • dedications
  • personalization details
  • selected options
  • story edits
  • illustration edits

Once an order is placed, production may begin quickly and changes may no longer be possible.

Creative Consistency Disclaimer

ForeverBook uses advanced creative generation tools combined with human-designed storytelling systems to create personalized stories and illustrations.

While we work hard to create beautiful and consistent books, minor creative variations may occur, including:

  • slight character inconsistencies
  • small artistic differences between pages
  • stylistic variations
  • minor visual imperfections
  • occasional layout or illustration irregularities

These variations are considered part of the creative nature of personalized generated artwork and are not considered defects eligible for refunds.

We continuously improve our systems and may enhance books internally when appropriate as part of our quality review process.

Quality Review & Enhancements

ForeverBook reserves the right to review, adjust, refine, enhance, or correct generated stories and illustrations before or after purchase when necessary to improve:

  • story quality
  • illustration consistency
  • print quality
  • readability
  • customer experience
  • platform standards

These adjustments may be made manually or through internal quality systems.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your physical order arrives:

  • damaged
  • defective
  • misprinted
  • significantly different from your approved version
  • or incorrect due to our error

please contact us within 14 days of delivery at: support@foreverbookshop.com

When contacting support, please include:

  • your order number
  • a description of the issue
  • clear photos if applicable

If we determine there was a production or fulfillment issue, we may choose to:

  • replace the item
  • reprint the book
  • issue store credit
  • provide a partial or full refund at our discretion

Digital Products

Digital books, downloadable files, and digital keepsakes are non-refundable once access has been delivered or the file has been downloaded.

If you experience a technical issue accessing your digital purchase, please contact support and we will help resolve the issue.

Subscription Orders

Subscription charges are generally non-refundable once a story has entered creation or production.

Customers may manage or cancel future subscription renewals through their account settings prior to the next billing cycle.

Canceling a subscription does not refund previous orders already created, processed, or shipped.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Because personalized orders move into production quickly, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations after an order is placed.

If you need assistance, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to help before production begins.

Shipping Issues

ForeverBook is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • shipping carriers
  • weather
  • customs
  • incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer
  • carrier service interruptions
  • lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

If an issue occurs, we will still do our best to assist whenever possible.

Abuse Prevention

ForeverBook reserves the right to deny refunds, replacements, or credits in cases involving:

  • excessive refund requests
  • suspected abuse
  • fraudulent activity
  • misuse of the platform
  • policy violations
